What does the $499 fee include?

The vehicle appraisal, a written report and initial counter-offer guidance. Extended negotiation assistance is a separate service.

Does this include ongoing negotiation?

Initial guidance is included. Extended negotiation support is available upon request at $120 per hour.

What if the appraisal contains an error?

Errors identified in our initial appraisal are corrected at no additional charge.

Can I involve my attorney?

You or your attorney can contact us about using the appraisal in your claim. Discuss any legal questions directly with your attorney.

Will the insurer increase its offer?

An appraisal provides evidence of the vehicle’s value. The insurer’s response and the final settlement depend on your claim; a particular outcome is not guaranteed.
